About InnerRoot Studio

We founded InnerRoot Studio to make mindfulness feel like opening a well-loved notebook: honest, human, and quietly practical.

Our Story

InnerRoot Studio began as a set of handwritten prompts swapped between teachers. Those notes grew into guided practices that people could actually keep—simple, warm, and grounded in evidence.

Today we build courses the same way: start with a real moment (commute, bedtime, tough meetings), then craft gentle steps that fit in that moment.

Mission & Principles

  • Steady over flashy: supportive habits beat quick wins.
  • Plain language: kindness and clarity, no jargon.
  • Evidence-aware: we follow credible research without overpromising.
  • Respect your time: short sessions that stack into real change.

What Makes Us Different

Our “journal-first” approach: every lesson reads like a field note you can return to. We pair that with low-distraction pages and a soothing palette so the practice itself takes center stage.

Team
